Orders

  • Can I view my order status?

After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as there is a change in the status of your order, you will be notified via email. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email valo.support@gmail.com

  • How do I register a return?

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer care directly at: valo.support@gmail.com. If the 14 day return policy has not yet expired, you can return the product to us undamaged in the original packaging. Shipping costs are at the discretion of the purchaser.

  • What do I do with a damaged or incorrect product?

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it. Just email us a photo along with your order number, and we’ll replace or refund as needed to valo.support@gmail.com

  • Do you offer spare parts?

Yes we do! We support longevity. Contact us for spare parts or repairs instead of buying new.

 

Shipping and Delivery

  • What are your estimated delivery time?

We ship around South Africa only, at the moment. Our current delivery times are around 3-4 working days. 

  • What are your delivery and shipping costs?

We currently have free delivery across the range 

  • Orders in particular areas that may require specialised delivery may be exempt for the free delivery

 

Assembly

  • Where can I find assembly instructions?

The assembly instructions are available on our website. In your product manual you will receive a specialised code to allow you access to the product's assembly manual. Otherwise if you require a copy of an assembly manual, please contact our customer care directly at: valo.support@gmail.com
